What is a Naturopathic Coach?

Naturopathy recognises there is always a root cause, whether it be physical or emotional and the body has this capacity to heal itself if given the right conditions.

A Naturopath empowers the patient to take responsibility for his/her own health by teaching self-care. As a Naturopathic Coach, my role is to empower you to make positive changes to your physical, emotional and mental environment to support the body in healing. 

These principles have helped in my own recovery from M.E/CFS, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, digestive concerns and hormone imbalance. I went from chronically fatigued, to truly thriving! I learnt how to nourish and support my physical, mental and emotional health, this is exactly what I now help my 1-1 clients with.

This is a free discovery call with me to see if we'd be a good fit to work together.

Step 1:
2hr Health Assessment
Investment: £185

Step 1 is a full health assessment, which is inclusive of:

  • 2-hour consultation and health questionnaire

  • 5-day food diary analysis

  • Stress analysis

  • Goal setting

  • Bespoke health recovery tracking sheet with recommendations and supporting guides

With a naturopathic approach we will look into your full health history, food diary analysis and stress analysis to uncover potential root causes to your chronic symptoms.

A Health Recovery plan consists of weekly goals and lifestyle adjustments to support you in your health recovery. Depending on your case this may be in relation to nutritional adjustments, sleep, lifestyle changes, pacing strategies, stress management, detoxification, utilising tools to support mental / emotional wellbeing (e.g., journalling, breath-work, somatic exercises).

Step 2:
Coaching package

Investment: £220 pcm

Step 2 will be after your full health assessment. We will agree a coaching package and timeframe for working together best suited to you. Options consist of 1-months support, 3-months support and 5-months support.

Packages will be inclusive of:

  • 1-hour bi-weekly coaching sessions

  • Education on health topics unique to you

  • Updating your bespoke health recovery tracking sheet each session with new goals and new recommendations

  • On-going support and access to me via WhatsApp to keep you motivated and accountable

  • On-going supporting resources including recipe inspiration, journalling prompts, breath-work, detoxification tools, stress-management techniques and more!

Long-lasting change in health takes time. Change is easier when you have ongoing support and accountability. My role is to cheer you on throughout your health recovery, educate you and empower you to become an expert in your own health. The information you learn from our sessions about health and how best to nourish physical and emotional health will stay with you forever.
